Bio:

Charles is a sustainability practitioner with over ten years’ experience improving the social and environmental impacts of diverse high-profile organisations. He started his career as an environmental consultant in Scotland, advising public and private sector clients. He progressed to in-house corporate roles with the University of Portsmouth, the National Health Service and the Bank of England, delivering a number of award-winning sustainability initiatives and programmes. Charles joined the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2019, leading LSE’s sustainability team and helping LSE achieve its ambition of maximising its impact in shaping a sustainable future. Charles is driven by a desire to embed sustainability at the core of business, working in partnerships with others to drive positive change.
